  4. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by that, but you can access Yahoo! UK & Ireland Answers by logging in to http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/;_ylt=Ah.lTC... .  If you want to ask some sort of question about Manchester, England, I'm sure you'd get better answers there than here.
