Is there any other channel than sky sports(hopefully) that I can watch manchester united games? also, they're first game is..august 17th right? thanks!!

as far as i'm aware there is only 1 channel that shows live premier league games in england other than Sky and that is Setanta but Sky have the majority so they probably wont have many Man Utd games, Setanta also have the rights to the England internationals and i have also heard that they have exclusive rights to the FA Cup which sucks.

And yes Man Utd's first premiership game is on the 17th against Newcastle United, although they are also playing this Sunday against Portsmouth for the Community Shield (also being shown by Setanta as far as i'm aware).

EDIT: @ steve - even if you did see it in the main page you still knew it was a FOOTBALL question so why bother answering it!?

See, this is the main reason why people hate the USA so much. You don't like or get into one thing, and the whole world should comply with your egos...

Why the h**l should the rest of the world tolerate "American Football" (which clearly rarely use foot whatsoever) and "Hot Dog Eating Contest" ?

No one cares.  Soccer's a useless sport anyway.  If I were President of the United States, I would ban that sport all over the world.
