Manchester City’s manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734, should he be able to focus on his positives.

The striker has been in the lime light on more than just once occasion, but he is often being highlighted for all the wrong reasons by the media. At times he looks to be a player who is as good as can get, but on other occasions, he seems to have the same
footballing sense of a two year old child.
This inconsistency has often seen him fall out of favour with his managers, but Mancini seems to value what the forward is capable of producing, and he is looking to maintain that trust in the striker, in hopes of him fulfilling his potential.
"[Balotelli] has everything to be one of the best players in the world," http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 told reporters.

"He could be like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lionel-Messi-c22296 if he understands that to be like this you should work hard.”
However, the manager went on to point out that the player was still only twenty two and despite him being so young, he need to adjust to his surroundings sooner rather than later, since he could see his whole career walk past him, with him failing to achieve
all that he could have.

"He is 22 but life can go quickly. [He needs to] understand that to be like [Ronaldo and Messi] he should work hard, his mind should be always on [his] http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684, not on the other things that are not important.”

"He can score two goals next week but he can also take a red card. It is not easy to work with him every day because if you are a manager, you should manage 22 players.”
Mancini then went on to admit that the forward is a great guy off the pitch, and it is only a matter of him realizing this fact, since he can’t waste the brilliant opportunities that have been presented to him.

"Mario outside the pitch is a fantastic guy. Sometimes he doesn't understand how his job is important for his life but I hope he can understand this quickly."
At the moment, Balotelli is looking to fight for his spot in the City starting eleven, and once he does do that, it would be interesting to see just how long he can maintain his form and temperament for.
