Manchester City’s manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 have gone on to tie down Neymar to joining the Spanish side in the future or not.
The City boss has admitted that he wants to bring the Brazilian wonder kid to the Eastlands, and has even gone on to ask the board to try and attempt to sign him before anyone else can.
At the moment it is believed that signing the wonder kid could cost any team near the region of fifty million pounds, but that seems to be a fee that a number of clubs are willing to play for the Brazilian international.
Mancini has gone on to ask City's new sporting director Txiki Begiristain to try and make a move for the player as soon as he possibly can, since he doesn’t want to see the Manchester based club miss out on the opportunity to singing him.
“I don’t know if it is true that Barcelona have already made a down-payment for Neymar,” Mancini told reporters, following this past weekend’s matches.
“I think when Txiki starts to work here next week we can start to talk about the future for us because this is very important.”

all of that seems to have changes with the appointment of the new sporting director at the club.
“But I am very happy to work now with the new sporting director because he gives us the chance to move very quickly regarding some players,” Mancini added.
“If we work well together then the next three or four years for Manchester City can be very strong.”
Neymar has hinted that he doesn’t plan on making a move in the near future, but should City make an outrageous offer for the player, then http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Santos-c32532 will have no option but to sell the player right away.
