a romance manga where the girl likes the popular guy and good drawings and could the main characters be in high school (doesn't matter if not though) thanks

  1. Umm. Rumbling Hearts is a good one. It doesn't exactly fit your criteria though.

    - Girl likes a cool boy.

    - Girl's best friends hooks them up.

    - Girl gets in accident and goes into a coma.

    - Girl's best friend sleeps with cool boy.

    Yea.. DRAMA~!


  2. Hrm,  lot of manga seem to fit into this description. Maybe something like Hana Yori Dango, or Mars, or maybe Kare Kano.
