well...that's a really hard question since Sasuke's and Naruto's power was even in their fight so I think that those two are either gonna keep fighting till they can't move, or someone is gonna stop them, because there is no telling who's gonna win. UNLESS Naruto uses his Kyuupi Chakra.

thats a tough question personally i think it will b a draw go what i think will happen is that history will repeat itself just as it did with legendary sanin sasuke will become the ultimate evil(orochimaru) naruto will finnally realize he cant help his friend change his ways(jiraiya) and sakura will distance herself from the other two(tsunade) thats just my personal opinion

These two seem to be the best out of all their peers. Naruto seems to be nearing the completion of his training and Sasuke may take control of the 8 tails for his use. Either ways these guys are complete powerhouses. When they do inevitably fight it will be awesome. But we may have awhile.

Seeing as how Naruto has lost his previous two engagements (three if you count his shadow clones run in with Sasuke during the finding Itachi arc) I highly doubt Naruto will lose this upcoming one. He is going to put his all into bringing Sasuke down. Naruto also has the rasenshuriken which if collided against Kirin will most definitely blow Kirin and Sasuke away.

They will be equally matched just like when they fought last, the only reason they didn't kill each other was because they still had a bond. Didn't you notice how naruto made a scratch in sasuke's headband and how sasuke could've stabbed through naruto with his chidori but punched him instead?
