Mango Trouble:) Plz. Help!

Question

Can anyone give me a quick and easy yet effective way to peel and slice mangos?

I worked in restaurants for years, and the link Nocturnal Nisha provided is the way I've always cut mangos, except for step 6.  I never waste the mango around the sides of the pit.  Just cut away from the pit and cut the skin away from the flesh.  (It is a lot easier and quicker than it looks!)

I think that you should use a potato peeler to peel the mango and then cut it and eat it with a FORK. Hands are too messy.
