What the h**l was that all about? My boyfriend told me something about it....is he full of shiznick or what?

Its about the atomic bomb. It's just another name for it. The atomic bomb btw was started in Chicago.

It was the secret government project for atomic development, and led to the  development of the atomic bomb. The first two bombs dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima (code named Little Boy and Fat Man(respectively), are the direct result of this project.
