Manic Panic and Color Fiend?

Question

I have long, dark brown hair. I want to put different colored streaks in, temporarily. I know that, to get bright color, I need to bleach it. But, I'd rather not. I'm okay if it just "tints" it. I'd like to be able to change the color quite frequently. So, if anyone knows any color hair dye that won't ruin my hair, and that will wash out well, could you let me know? Also, if there's a website or something I could get it off of, could you include it? Thanks.

I've heard of Manic Panic and Color Fiend. Are these any good?

I've heard Manic Panic's Vampire Red shows up really really well on dark hair but Special Effects stays longer than Manic Panic

Manic Panic and Special Effects are the bests.

Colorfiend is terrible, as is Color Jamz, Raw, and Stellar.
