pacquiao is down the list of featherweights a little bit, and has yet to prove himself at 135 before moving up.

yes he is. they just happened to have fought in different timelines, and i believe pacquiao is just as good if not better, even if pacman doesn't have 120+ bouts under his belt i believe he has quality and a lot of people probably think the same way too. plus the rules, it's just different nowadays, so odds are we will never know who's really "the best". peace!!!
