What is your proof that Pacquiao declines CJ's Challenge?

CJ's Management keep telling the media about how good John is but never really Seriously made an Offer to fight Pacquiao.

CJ is in the list of the challenger and probably should line up and show his *** in the US to be considered a threat. and impress the promoters to make an argument about his challenge with Pacquiao.

If Chris John is really good as they claim, Why would they not  let Chris John fight in the US and stop protecting his slow *** in INDONESIA!!

i believe CJ will beat manny coz cj  has his own style what we call " Dragon style - kungfu style in boxing" .it's hard to find boxing mix martial arts".  In indonesia Cj  is known very humble , nice person . who's gonna promote chris jon to las vegas , for big fight , No money, that's why CJ  really needs  someone to promote him...

I doubt that this fight will happen as Chris John fights at featherweight wheres Pacquio is currently at super featherweight and is likely to move up to lightweight soon. I dont think Pacquio is avoiding John as hes not the sort of fighter to avoid anyone, but i agree it would be a hard fight for him and yeah he could well lose to John.
