Decision I think if Pacquiao already at the 140 pounds and after the fight of a possible Pacquiao-Hatton this November maybe before go for a 147 class i think Cotto can be a good match for Pacquiao because Cotto beating Mosley last year it's a very big win better than Mayweather over Dela Hoya and Mosley is toughest fighter than Dela Hoya. If Mayweather is undefeated Cotto is also undefeated fighter too big for pacquiao but it's a good match also.
