  1. pacquiao started at flyweight, so a move up to 140 would be a step too far, if he beats d diaz, then he will stay at lightweight, and if he doesn't, then it's bank down to 130.

  2. Hatton

  3. Pacman would win heck of lot faster then hatton

  4. pacman he got speed plus power all he needs to do is land his shots and its over

  5. This guy above pretty sums up all I want to say. Hatton is too big, too strong for him. But Pac has the edge in speed, and based on Hatton's performance against Lazcano, I think that kind of fighting makes people wonder if this can really be a winnable fight for pacquiao.

  6. pacman syempre!!!!

  7. The Pacman for sure. Pinoy pride! ♥

  8. I'm a big Manny Pacquiao fan, but seriously, he would get beat up pretty bad if he fought Hatton.  Pacquiao is a great fighter, but he is not this invincible force that some people say he is, and in his past few fights, he has lacked a bit of his former killer instinct that he had a few years ago.  Think about it- if Erik Morales was able to back him up and beat him in their first fight at 130 pounds, what do you think the best fighters in the world at 140 pounds would do to him?  Juan Manuel Marquez also gave him loads of trouble at 130 and almost beat Pacquiao.  Hatton also has the perfect style to beat Pacquiao because they are both pressure fighters, and when two pressure fighters meet, the stronger one wins out almost every time.  Example- Juan Diaz vs. Nate Campbell; Nate was able to beat Diaz using the formula that DIAZ used to beat all of his previous opponents: he was able to outwork him and back him up because he was the stronger and more determined man.  Hatton is bigger and stronger than Pacquiao and he would most likely stop him.  You also must remember that Pacquiao turned pro at junior flyweight (108 pounds), and Hatton has been a junior welterweight (140 pounds) for his whole career, which also shows you that Pacquiao would just be outgunned in this fight and lose.
