Manon played inline hockey after her stint in the NHL but then took time off to have a baby.  She returned for a year but then retired to have another child.  She coached at the University of Minnesota-Duluth for a time, worked for Mission Hockey developing their women's products, and coached in Milwaukee.  She is now divorced and plays Senior hockey in Detroit.
