  6. If you are 14-17 it's quite normal to have periods of time where you spend much of your day glued to your p***s, so 3 times a day is understandable.

    If you are younger than that, you may just be maturing early, but if you are an adult that's quite a lot to be jerking it, you may have a slight addiction.  Try getting laid if you have all that horniness.

    As for getting thinner, you will need to be doing a lot of the good stuff for that - to do good aerobic exercise you will need to increase your breathing and heart rate a lot.  I am, however, concerned that your masturbatory schedule is interfering with your education, and you cannot spell.

  13. well i at first would do about three a day and it gradgually decreases because of friction burns after a couple of years of constant bashing. then went down to two a day and now after practice and determination for years in fact I  can go a month without, and thats at the moment plus aiming to go to the end of august!!

It's important you're doing it only because your s*x-drive is high and you really feel the need to have 3 wa-nk a day. There is NOTHING wrong with masturbation unless you do it to excess and it starts to affect other things in your life - basically, if it becomes an addiction, then you might have a problem.  Three times a day is not a problem.  Unless you're going for a real aerobic workout with your masturbation - like making it last an hour or so, building up a real good sweat, getting your heart rate up there and that sort of thing, it wouldn't have an effect on your weight.  Probably better to take up running/jogging, playing a game of hoops and watching your diet if you want to lose weight.  Cut out the fat foods and eat more veggies, etc.
