That company number and address belong to Mantas Capital Ltd a public limited company with shares.  No genuine company would use a yahoo e-mail address and it is very very unusual for a charity to be a limited company.

Its probably a true company, there's a lot of new companies that collect clothing, ship it to places like africa and seel it for mass profit.

These companies may tell you they are collecting clothes for the poor people of these countries.

They are, in truth, but they are not a charity, they are selling the clothes given to them for free.
