Manual hydraulic tilt trim ?

Question

I've been informed that a device exists which one can attach to an outboard engine that uses a hand pump to tilt the motor. Similar to a hydraulic jack I assume. I've had no success in locating any information. Anyone know of such an item, where it can be purchased, or perhaps hand built with off the shelf parts??

Maybe they prefer the simlicity of a manual pump. I am going to do this with my 75' 50hp evinrude
