Manual left behind in Afghanistan

Question

My TV does not have a scart socket and I can't get the set top to work. Can anyone help me with setting up instructions? At the moment the aerial goes into the wall aerial socket to a roof aerial but cannot get the box to respond to the remote except for on and off so cannot get the menu to set it up.
