Manual required for Simplicity Crib Model 8755

Hello,

I need the Instructions / Manual for Simplicity crib model 8755. I have searched the internet for the manual and cannot find one. I went to the Simplicity company's website www.simplicityforchildren.com and it does not work. It asks for the user name and the password.

I tried calling the company on its 800 number and it does not work either. I would greatly appreciate if someone can please send me the manual over to my email i.e. [e-mail]. I do not want to assemble it on my own and risk the life of my baby. I understand that there were some infant deaths that were caused by incorrect assembly.
