The Bayern Munich shot stopper has hailed new signing Javi Martinez and has tipped the midfielder to shine at the Allianz Arena.
Javi Martinez joined the German side earlier this summer for a €40 million fee from Spanish side Athletic Bilbao. The club were in desperate need of a defensive midfielder in the summer transfer window and at one point of time,
the Martinez deal looked to have hit the rocks as the La Liga club wanted Bayern to meet their buy-out clause.

The German international added that there will be great expectations from the fans given the staggering transfer fee involved, but has called for patience from the fans as every new player takes some time to settle at his new club.
