The Bayern Munich shot-stopper is confident that his side will lift the league title and is hopeful of a strong performance in Europe.
The Munich giants have been sensational this season after a dismal outing in the previous campaign which saw them end in the third place on the standings table. They have excelled in all three competitions they are taking part
in this term and are aiming for a treble at the end of the season.

Neuer insisted that winning the Bundesliga is his major target this season and is confident that his dream of lifting the league title will come true at the end of the season. He added that the team will be able to achieve the
feat if it continues the impressive performances from the first-half of the campaign.
“I want to win the league at last. That's my biggest goal, even if some of the lads who’ve been here for a while and who’ve frequently laid hands on the championship shield might not want to hear it,” he was quoted as saying in
an interview to Bayern Munich’s official website.
The former Schalke goalkeeper added that Bayern Munich is on par with the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid and that the club also has good prospects in Europe’s premier club competition. The player admitted that to play the final
of the Champions League at the Allianz Arena would be a great achievement for the Munich based club.

Bayern Munich have a three-point lead over Borussia Dortmund and Schalke and have the chance to extend that to six points when they face Borussia Monchengladbach on Friday, January 20, as the other two sides play their respective
