Fernandez has a measly return of 12 goals from 62 competitive league appearances, while Rondon failed to improve on his tally of 16 goals in 2010/11 season, scoring a measly 11 goals from 40 outings.
As the duo are set to depart the Andalusian outfit, and with Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s announcing his retirement at the end of the recently culminating La Liga campaign, Malaga are short on numbers at the front.
