Manufacturing cream?

Anyone know where I can buy ultra pasturized 100% pure manufacturing cream in Atlanta GA? I am making a dessert that calls for this product.

Do you have any restaurant supply stores in your area. Have you tried contacting any dairies/milk plants or cheese plants, they will most likely have a "Farm Store" on the premises.

manufacturing cream is the same as heavy cream without the sugar. manufacturing cream has sweeteners added to the heavy cream and also stabilizers. thats the only difference between the two. If you insist on manufacturing cream go to Cash n Carry, UG Grocers or Smart and Final, all restaurant supply stores open to the public.
