Manufacturing defect in samsung air conditioner

Question

the PCB is found faulty.Programming is not done properly.sensor is not working properly.there is usually a problem of leakage from the indoor unit of the ACthere is also Ice formation in the indoor unit of the AC.We have complained many a times in the samsung, they came n tried to rectify the problem but since the manufacturing defect cant be resolved the problem remained as it is.
