Manure removal in big cities

Question

Back to the Arizona question. Its highly likely I'm moving to Gilbert AZ with the mules. With 3 mules and 1 donk, the manure will pile up. I will be moving them to a private place in town, have the spot already when its time, but what do you guys do in big cities with manure?

Does a dump take it?

I have always lived rural, so seriously I have no clue on this.

City of Scottsdale will pick it up.  You need to order an additional trash can and pay a one time fee- I think that it is $50.00 or so and then there is an additional $18.75 added to your bill for the extra trash can each month.  You can get as many trash cans as you wish.  Only problem is that the manure needs to be bagged before putting it into the trash.  What a mess!
