Manvinder Bisla says hard-work in the nets has paid off – Cricket News Update
Happy after guiding Kolkata Knight Riders to a six-wicket win over Kings XI http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Punjab-c833 with an unbeaten half century last night, the KKR top order batsman Manvinder Bisla has said that hard work in the nets has paid off.

While speaking to media reporters after the match, the Haryana gloveman said that he was happy with his knock and also mentioned that the hard-work in the nets has paid off for him. He further said that he did not feel bad when he was dropped for two games.
“It's nice to contribute to a win,” said the KKR opener at the post match press conference. “I was dropped for two matches and I spent the time training a lot, batting a lot in the nets. I guess this was the result of that,” Bisla added further.
Bisla was dropped for the last couple of games due to his struggling form with the bat. The emerging Haryana cricketer said that sitting out was not at all frustrating for him, adding that sharing the dressing room with big players was in itself a big thing for him.
"It's not frustrating at all for someone like me to sit out. It's a great thing that I am playing the Indian T20 League at all, sharing dressing rooms with such great players. Someone like http://www.senore.com/Cricket/BB-McCullum-c1129 is not getting a chance - who am I? You just need to wait, work hard and bide your time."
The KKR skipper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/JH-Kallis-c1692 doing well with the bat, Bisla said things have certainly eased for the skipper.
"Someone or the other has to score. Gautam is so consistent. The rest of us haven't batted well yet but if we do, we can take the pressure off Gautam gradually," concluded the KKR opener who was the Man of the Match of last year’s IPL final.
