Many affects from birth control any one else?

I got pregnant on birth control the pill and I know have a IUD/IUC I have many issue and wanted to know if any other woman have the same.

I have no s*x drive at all!!!! and I have headaches about 4-6 days a week . I have the paragard that has no hormones but dose have copper

I too have an IUD but I have the Mirena. I personally love it. On the pill, I gained 20 lbs, my cup size went up like 3 sizes (to a 34F), and I lost my s*x drive. My fiance and I decided to try an IUD instead. Since I have never had a child and I'm 19, they were worried it wouldn't stay in but I've had it since February and it's the great thing ever. The one thing that bothers me is I haven't had my period since May but they said it could happen within the first few months or within a year. You could possibly being having an allergic reaction to the copper. My cousin had similar complaints as you and it was found out that she was allergic to copper and they removed it as quickly as possible and she went with Mirena instead.

Pills don't make your period disappear, they can make them shorter or longer, lighter or heavier. The intrauterine device can affect your period greatly as stated on their sight. Up to half the women who have one will stop having a period after a year. Some within the first few months. You have spotting but nothing that requires a pad or tampon. This is just my personal experience though, everyone is different.
