  1. He's already been to there. So he wouldn't go back to someplace he has already been in the past.

I am thinking Greece BUT they is too close to Turkey ~ IMO.

    So I have no clue.

  2. Definitely agree almost a hundred percent with galapagos Islands, the national symbol is the tortoise and they are for your eyes only, that is the major clue in the hint.  Equador is where Matt will be tomorrow.

  3. I think its Dorset England. The "Your eyes only" is to point us to James Bond and the creator Ian Flemming who lived in the area for a time. They both are unofficial symbols of England. There are many natural wonders in Dorset such as the Jurassic Coast and Durdle Door.

  4. He is going to the Galapagos.  The islands and their inhabitants are natural wonders.  And the national symbol, the Galapagos tortoise, has been facing reduced population.  Therefore, tourists (and locals) are discouraged/prohibited from touching them -- making them "for your eyes only."

  5. Corfu, Greece

  6. could be Jamaica. They have many natural wonders and they also have Ian Flemings home Goldeneye. Where he did most of his writing

  7. I think it is either Greece...the James Bond Movie for your Eye's only was filmed there or Australia and the great Barrier Reef....

  8. Gotta go with Nepal here.

Have to pick a country that has a natural wonder (Mount Everest)

Have to assume they are referring to the country's flag when they say 'symbol'

Nepal has a sun on the flag 'for your eyes only'....clearly mankind can only see the sun at this point, and nothing else...

no other flag makes much sense...

  9. My wild guess is Grenada.  The boat in the film was the St. George and that's the capital.  Maybe??

  10. I'm thinking India.  It has the Taj Mahal (a natural wonder), and one of the national symbols contains something that is hidden (only seen by your eye.) Just a guess, who knows.

  11. I am pretty sure he is going to be in Greece...I really don't think it a big deal that he has been there before...For your eyes only was filmed there and alot of the film is based around the city...names of the characters, sub name....Alot of the Bond films had inspirations from Greece....

  12. I'd like to go with the Galapagos, but the tortoise is not the national symbol.  It's the Condor, which is on the Ecuadoran seal and flag.

  13. I think he is coming back to USA - the Virgin Islands.

One of our national symbol is the pyramid with the eye over it. From the picture-I think he'll be in the Virgin Islands which are part of the USA.

  14. Well  the Taj Mahal is not a natural wonder... its man made.

There is no definitive list of natural wonders, so I would say the stronger clue is "for your eyes only".

  15. I think it's Bali Indonesia

  16. He's already been to some of the locations you guys have mentioned he went to Athens, Greece; Cairo, Egypt ; Sydney, Australia & Agra, India in '98. I think he's going to come back to North America to conclude his trip possibly in the Caribbean...............

  17. My guess is Australia... while the lists of natural wonders vary, the only country that seems to have at least two (wonderS) is Australia, with Ayers Rock and the Great Barrier Reef. (The U.S. does too, but that would be a lame choice).

The next part is a stretch, but one of their national symbols is the opal, which has some strange refractive properties, making different opals have completely different colors, or even one opal have different colors when viewed under different light, or by different people... thus what you see when you look at an opal can't necessarily be seen by someone else, so FOR YOUR EYES ONLY.

Just a thought, but that's my 2 cents.

  18. He has to be going to Jamaica.  First it has many National Wonders to see, including the Falls in Ocho Rios’ that everyone walks on the rocks and in the water. It is know for many beautiful exotic Flowers and Birds as well.  Ian Flemming did Visit there and lived there for a time when he met a married women, who had his child and who he fell in love with and stayed there until she got her divorce.  We all know that he wrote the James Bond Book "For your Eyes Only".

  19. I'm thinking the Bahamas. He has never been there. It's obviously beautiful. And several of the Bond movies were filmed in part in the grottos. I'm hoping I'm right. My second guess is Australia because he's also never been there either.

  20. He's going to EGYPT

  21. I think it's Scotland - Aurora Borealis can be seen from there. Sheena Easton is the Scot who sang For Your Eyes Only

  22. How about Bali, Indonesia? It's 6,415 miles, with a stop for fuel its 15 hours in the air.
