Many companies spend a lot of money on corporate entertianing.Do you think the money is well spent?Why?

Yes & No ..

In some 'industries' (fashion comes to mind) everything is 'brand image' hype and 'feel good factors' .. so making your customers feel special is vital to selling your overpriced products ..

In other cases you need to butter up various individuals (politicians, suppliers, distributors, buyers, the press etc - the aircraft industry comes to mind here) .. and again its vital ..

However a lot of companies fail to identify the real "decision makers" and simply end up paying out for very little return (or even end up damaging their brand image with negative publicity)
