I know a guy that has a patch on his face where facial hair doesn't grow at all.

Its like a bald patch on his chin, and it looks funny when he hasn't shaved in a while :).

I've never heard of people growing beards and then it just falls out. :/

I haven't heard of it but i guess it's possible.  

Maybe it doesn't happen as often as you get hair on your face 20 years later
