Map turtle? Other feeding?

I have a map turtle and I have been feeding him turtle pellets ever since I have had him.

All I want to know is if I can feed it chicken or other foods?

Can I and tell me what.

Other foods are fine, raw chicken included. Earthworms, fishes (not goldfish), and soft-bodied insects, are good When you can't get live food, cut strips of liver and dust them in bonemeal.
