I wanna do pirate pq (ppq) in maple global i went to Mulung and herb town but still cant find the Npc for ppq

Help me!

  1. its kind of hard to find. but you have to go near herb town. you go like 2-3 maps to the right of it and on the top theres a cage. you push up on the cage and there you are.
