thanks to Kat F. I know that I need to be doing pre-training for my marathon. I have 14 months untill the marathon so about 8 months of pre-training. Can someone make me (or find me) a pre-training schedule. Inculding what days to run, how long/how far and what days to rest/cross train? I have never run anything before so this is my time to learn how. I have barley even run the mile. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and if posisble I would like if the weekends could be either cross-training or rest days.
