do u think this amplifier will handle the subwoofer for 2400 watts peak....http://www.sixstardj.com/madjprdjsepo3.html......oh and i dont know what cables it needs i have a crossover but idk how......please help me out.

if the sub is rated 2400w peak then its rms would be about 1400w

the peak is the most it will handle but not for a long period of time befor burning out.

i would recomend a 2000w amp at the most.

you will get a good sound if its under the peak. the closer you get to peak the more the sound quality will distort.
