Marbles in the back of my mouth?

I do not remember the entire dream, but I do remember one part of it. I believe I was trying to drink some water, but had a little harder of a time swallowing it then normal.

I was with some friends and "realized" what the problem was. I had marbles in the back of my mouth, almost in my throat. Just sitting there that I'd forgotten about. I spit out to handfuls of marbles.

Does anyone have ANY idea what this is?

You may want to research dreams that have to do with losing teeth.  From what I understand dreams like this mean that you have a fear of not being in control.  Try checking out the tooth loss dream!
