Marc-Andre ter Stegen has impressed reigning Spanish La Liga and European champions, Barcelona, with his display this season and there have been rumours that the Catalan giants will make a bid for the shot stopper in the summer.
The youngster recently made his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 under-21 debut and has been one of the most impressive players for Gladbach this season.
However, the player’s agent, Gerd vom Bruch, has confirmed that his client is going nowhere at the end of this season. He admitted that there has been an interest from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 but stated that Stegen is tied with the Foals until 2015.
While talking to reporters regarding his client’s transfer speculation, the agent further added:
"The fact is that Barcelona scout for many players. He has a contract until 2015 with Borussia, with no exit clause. The lad is just 19 - and will earn his merits at Borussia first."
On the other hand, German national team manager, Joachim Low, has also showered praise on the Gladbach teenager. He applauded his efforts in midweek for the Germany U-21 side and revealed that he is one of the possible candidates

Low believes that Stegen has shown considerable improvement in the past few months due to which he has gained a lot of confidence. He opines that the 19-year-old is certainly one of the future’s bright prospects and urged him to
work even harder to further improve on his performances.
"In all our observations, he has positively excelled. He is in his early years, but is very confident, has tremendous charisma. We have Marc in mind," Low concluded.
Stegen has so far made 29 league appearances for the Foals since joining the first team in 2010 and is yet to appear for the national side having represented his country at the U-17, U-18, U-19 and U-21 levels. The youngster will
next be in action against Nuremberg on Sunday, March 04.
