is eagerly anticipating the two legs as Madrid set their sights on a record 10th European trophy.
He claimed that Los Blancos are very much like the Black Yellows as they are also not afraid to be on the offensive. On the other hand, he stated that they desperately wish to qualify for the final of Europe’s premier cup competition
and have worked hard for that.
"We're a lot like Dortmund, because they are not afraid to attack and in that respect we are similar," the 24-year-old was quoted as saying in an interview.
Moreover, the left-back suggested that the players also get along behind the scenes and the bonding is evident during the matches. He said that fans have already started talking about a 10th Champions League title but
he added that first they have to reach the final and take it one step at a time.
"We really want to reach the final and we are well prepared. We're also very close in the dressing room and it shows on the field,” he added.
"In the streets I hear people all the time talking about La Decima and I know this is a dream for the fans, but first we have to dream about proceeding to the final and go slowly, taking one step at a time,” he said.
