“Tomas Rosicky has always been my favourite player. I always tried to model my game on him. His intelligence on the ball and the way he makes everything look easy hugely impressed me,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
On the other hand, the German international played down claims that he will be starting upfront with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robert-Lewandowski-c31255 in a two-man attack. The 23-year-old clarified that he will be playing in his usual attacking midfield position;
the same position he played at Gladbach.
“I am feeling very well in the position of attacking midfielder. It's not too different from where I played at Monchengladbach,” the former Rot Weiss Ahlen man concluded.
