Question:

Mardi Gras masks at a wedding for kids?

Eight to ten girls all under 7years old...

I'm having peacock feathers in the flower arrangements...

How about Mardi Gras masks (with a peacock feather each) with matching tiaras and candy sticks.

Would it work? I'm basically wondering if because of the masks on the girls, everyone would say it's out of place or would it blend in beautifully?

Thank you!!

  1. Would they be wearing them during the ceremony or making them during the reception? I think it's a great craft idea for the reception.

  2. That would be really cute, and it would keep them occupied.

  3. I like the idea, but origami would be a little hard for kids under 7.  I have a 6 yr. old and I don't think she could do it without my help.  Just something to think about.  I think the masks are a good idea as long as they're not those scary type mardi gras ones.
