Mardi gras themed party! what to wear?!

im going to a mardi gras themed party and im not sure what to wear any ideas?

Very tight leather pants. No shirt, but chains that criss cross over your shoulders (i.e. chain from the left side crosses your right shoulder and then attaches to the right part of your pants at the back[vice versa for other chain]).

Also, if you manage to find buttless pants, even better
