Margaret Thatcher's State Funeral?

Do you think that when Margaret Thatcher dies and gets her State Funeral that we should ask that the coffin be left open for her lying in state so that we can all go along to check that she really is dead?

She cannot have a state funeral, as she was never a Head of State. Only the Queen holds that position.

However, every brown-nose in the country would go to pay their respects.

Decent people will stay away!

Yes, even though many people hate her she is still one of the greatest politicians the world has ever had and there are many Thatcher supporters who might feel insulted if she was not to be allowed to have an open coffin to pay there respects. However I feel that Mrs Thatchers family should pay for the whole costly event and that it should not be government funded.

To give that woman a state funeral  is an insult to all the people that sufferd because of her policies . Stick a stake through her heart  before they bury her to make sure she doesn,t rise again .

Why ? She has had enough out of Britain. Her family  can well afford to use the  millions they made whilst she muzzled the electorate into believing it was for our own good.
