Margherita 2000 awd12 advantage

Question

i have a margherita 2000 in a new flat i have rented and i have no idea on how to use it because the landlord never left the manual. could you please explain how to put it on the best wash and also to actually work the first time round. everytime i put the machine on the wash the symbol one just spins and i have to wait ages for the machine to actually switch on.thank you
