Marijuana in My system? How to get it out?!?! PERSONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED?

I smoked for the first time in 2 months yesterday. I weigh about a 155lbs at 5foot8. I was wondering, how long it would be in my system for, I do work out, play basketball, and bicycle. I also jog 2x's a week. I havent smoke since, just out with some friends last night having fun watching some movies.

I however, landed a job interview on friday, and Im pretty sure there going to ask me to take a drug urine test. I bought a few tests from online store, to test myself at home, I was just wondering how accurate the at home 10lb tests are, and how long it would take to be safe for the test?

I could maybe stall an extra day.

Also are there any other good ways to get marijuana out of the system. My hands sweat a lot, Hyperhydrosis, does this help?

I know drinking water and sweating is what I hear. I dont really want to take any detox's or body cleaners. Any insight would be great. Thank you.
