It is not LEGAL anywhere... not even Amsterdam.  Get it through your heads people... it is NOT legal.  It is tolerated and nothing more, but you can get arrested and a misdemeanor if you are caught with it.  Sorry it's not legal and probably never will be.  Anywhere.

Cali, Alaska, and Denver have decriminalized it, but it is still illegal.  Even in Holland... it is illegal.  I don't know if I can say that enough.

USA: The sale, distribution and/or possession of Marijauna is illegal in the United States of America.  That is a federal law, so it applies to all states.  Some states have passed "medical marijuana" laws allowing the sale of marijuana for certail medical reasons, but that does not negate the federal law.

well i have heard that it is legal in the u.s. in certain locations and amounts...for instance, what i've heard is that: you can have up to an ounce in las vegas....but i guess that all depends on if its all in individual nickle bags (b/c you could be charged w/ intent to distribute)
