Is it true that marlboro has reserved the name for when marijuana legalized...they say they have factories already made.

Sorry - myth...busted. Marlboro Greens are menthol. And since it's still illegal there are none in production and factories still only produce tobacco cigarettes.

This has been around for 30-40 yrs.

Don't know if it's true but would be surprised if it isn't.
