  1. Alcohol is the worst, whoever said alcohol is much safer than tobacco is wrong. Tobacco is the second worst, but it safer than alcohol but still very deadly stuff. Marijuana pfft, it's harmless. There is one risk of marijuana is getting caught by the fat pig. Now that's the reason I don't smoke marijuana because I don't want to put myself to jail to s***w up my life. I used to smoke, but I quit because it is illegal.

  2. yes marijuana is the least dangerous....  so i dont know why its illegal ... allot of people i know smoke it and actually started doing better in school lol i know its weird but true just stay away from tobacco that stuff.. ruins your life..and alchol is pretty kool as long as you dont go way over... DONT DRINK TILL YOU SICK alot of people do that and ends up with them haveing liver problems

  3. Im pretty sure alcohol is the least damaging to your body

and Marijuana is supposed to be organic unlike tobacco so a lot of people say its "better"

but eaither way they're all bad for you.

  4. alcohol

    tobacco

    marijuana

was at the doctor with a friend the other day who has some serious health problems and he asked which of these did the most damage as he did all 3 of them and this is the order the doctor gave him

  5. You have it in order.

  6. yes but the government would never legalize it but if they did and taxed it they'd make a killing

  7. it's the most fun =D

  8. Mariwanna is the worst, tabacoo secong, and achocal is least unless you drink it eccesivily

  9. I think ALL in moderation are OK.  Going overboard with any of them can get you in trouble.

  10. Marijuana is the least dangerous as it is not addictive nor is it a gateway drug as the government wants you to believe. Alcohol and tobacco both are very addictive and both can and in many cases will cause severe health issues and with long term use can cause death. Marijuana when used responsibly will not cause any ill effects and there has NEVER been a fatal overdose from Marijuana.

I have used marijuana both recreationally and medicinally and there are no bad side effects, but after seeing my own dad pass away from cirrhosis of the liver, I would have to put alcohol on top of the heap as probably the worst drug, with tobacco a close second (since you did not ask about cocaine and hard drugs, which in my humble opinion are worse than cigarettes and alcohol.

Also, Marijuana has many uses in health-care, both NORML and busgreg.blogspot have articles and links to various sources of information. As far as marijuana being illegal, get involved and educate yourself and others. If you are of voting age do get involved and see where the candidates in your area stand on legalizing Marijuana and cast your vote accordingly. The government is perpetuating the prohibition on Marijuana because of the influence of powerful special interests, such as the private prison industry. An excellent documentary called "American Drugwar: The Last White Hope" is worth watching as is the one called "Grass" narrated by Woody Harrelson.

  11. it depends on the intake.

the liver is a very strong, resilient organ, and the lungs have nothing on it. if you drink everyday though, it will eventually kill your liver. smoking kills your brain and lungs, and i think marijuana affects how you think, one study found that an abuser’s risk of heart attack more than quadruples in the first hour after smoking marijuana. The researchers suggest that such an outcome might occur from marijuana’s effects on blood pressure and heart rate (it increases both) and reduced oxygen-carrying capacity of blood..

basically, don't smoke cigs, and don't make drinking/ smoking weed an everyday thing. =]

  12. it all depends on your opinion or prejudged ideas on the matter; weed does have its dangers but it also a few good things about it too it makes you hungry, horny, you get a little rest&relaxation; cigarettes have very little high and the cancer.. weed is not as additive as cigs by any comparison. if weed was legal for adults ; a lot of people wouldn't drink alcohol. yes we also know about the help for glaucoma and the appetite for people going through cancer treatment too. You personally have to make your decision..

Excessive alcohol use increases the risk of a number of diseases: fatty degeneration of the liver, infection of the liver, liver cirrhosis , sleeping disorders, sexual problems, infection of the esophagus, infection of the stomach, infection of the pancreas, premature dementia, varying from a reduction of memory to the serious syndrome of Korsakoff; cancer of the mouth, throat, larynx, intestines and b*****s; hypertension and heart problems. Alcohol is also damaging during pregnancy. Also alcohol takes its toll in traffic.

IMO from least harmful to worst would be: weed, alcohol, tobacco

  13. there has never been a reported death on overdose of weed, how many people a year die from alcohol and cancer? plus you cant get addicted to weed like you can to alcohol or tobbaco

  14. Alcohol is far more dangerous than marijuana. Not that marijuana isn't bad for you.

  15. I would say for a dangerous scale we would have:

    marijuana>alcohol>tobacco.

Why?  I have done plenty of weed in my day, plenty of alcohol and plenty of tobacco so I know from first hand experience.  Weed gets you high and you can lose fine motor control just like alcohol.  The difference is that with weed I always felt like I could do things like drive when high but when I was drunk I always knew I was too messed up to drive around.

The other problem is that some of my friends who tried weed moved on to speed and some other drugs.  I don't know why people say that it isn't a gateway drug... it is.  I've seen it myself.  They wanted to feel new highs.  Thank God my dad kicked the c**p out of me and made me stop forever.  Alcohol has been so socially acceptable for so many years that you can get drinks legally and there are avenues to transport yourself around etc. without getting behind the wheel.

Lastly, tobacco will give you a buzz but it won't get you high like alcohol and marijuana will.  Sure you increase your risk of cancer down the road but you damage neurons with weed and you hurt your liver with alcohol.

I know there is a growing movement for the acceptance of marijuana and I think that's what you're trying to get at but I don't think Yahoo Answers is the means to get your message through to the people that make the decisions.

  16. marijuana is the least dangerous.
