I need a quick marinade for pork chops. Can someone tell me one that I could use? Hopefully something with common household ingredients!

  1. salad dressing any kind with vinegar

  2. grilled honey mustard pork chops

    1/4 cup honey

    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    1 tablespoon orange juice

1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

    1 teaspoon cider vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

    1 dash of onion powder

4 pork butterfly loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (1 pound)

    1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix all ingredients except pork in small bowl.

    2. Cover and grill pork 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, brushing occasionally with honey mixture and turning once, until pork is slightly pink in center. Discard any remaining honey mixture.

  3. Lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic powder or fresh garlic chopped. Marinate for at least two hours. This is a light flavor. If you want a stronger flavor add some hot sauce, or Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Use the liquid from a can of salmon rings. I prefer the syrup rather than the juice they come in. (the juice makes it lighter)

Marinade your chops in the juice in the roasting pan and thenbake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes turning once.

Add some of the pineapple rings and cook until they have a nice caramelized surface.

  5. 1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tbs balsalmic vinegar (or any acid you have handy--wine, vinegar, citrus)

    2 tsp minced garlic

    1 Tbs fresh chopped rosemary

    salt and pepper

in a bowl coat 1-1 1/2 pounds of meat well with marinade, place all in a large ziploc bag, get air out, seal, let sit for at least 1 hour.
