Manchester City striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 has gone on to confirm that he is happy with life at the Etihad Stadium, despite Brian Marwood stating that the striker was a very poor role model for the younger players.
Marwood went on to name a number of players who were ideal examples for the younger players to follow, while he insisted that they shouldn’t look to Balotelli, as he is a very weak role model for the players.
When talking about Balotelli, Marwood went on to state: "We have a lot of players who think and behave in the right way. You have to make sure they're the right role models"
"I think, and we all know who you're talking about, you'll always get people within the system that will not show those values and behaviours, but in the main I think we have a fantastic group of players."
However, the striker has gone on to comment on his situation at the club, as he insisted that he is quite happy with the way things are going about for him at the moment. He feels that he has a very strong relationship with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323, which is the
only person he really needs to worry about. As a result, it doesn’t really matter what Marwood says or thinks about the player.
"I am fine at City, even though there are people who like to talk in the newspapers, instead of saying certain things to my face. I do not give a d**n," he said in a recent interview.
"With Mancini, all goes well. We have a good relationship, even though someone always tries to pull discord among us. We love each other."
With Balotelli already proving that he can be quite mature, based on the way he played for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926, it seems like the striker is finally stepping up to the plate and taking up a lot of responsibility.
The forward has been caught up in a number of incidents off the pitch, but should he be able to focus on his football, he is bound to become a regular part of the City first team in the coming weeks.
