Manchester City’s striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 is not going to be leaving the Manchester based club in the near future, as his manager has revealed the player is going to be staying at the Etihad Stadium for now.
The twenty two year old City forward has gone on to fall down the pecking order at the club, and with the likes of Tevez, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero and Edin Dzeko, all getting picked ahead of him, many felt that he was looking to leave the club as soon as he could.
With AC Milan also expressing their interest in landing him, it felt like the player was certain to leave the English club and join the Italian outfit.
However, the player’s agent has now gone on to dismiss any and all such rumours, as he has insisted that not only is the player far too valuable to sell, he is also going to cost the team far too much, which is why they might not decide to make a move for him just yet.
"Balotelli costs as much as the Mona Lisa," Mino Raiola said in a recent interview. "There are no teams in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 who could afford him."
Balotelli has gone on to play only eight matches for City this season. Despite that number of appearances being far less than that what the player would have wanted, it seems like Balotelli still has a lot of time left at City.
His manager has insisted that the team is not looking to sell just yet, and admitted that the forward still has a lot to do at the Manchester based club in the future.
Raiola added: "Manchester City don't want to sell Balotelli."
The City boss, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 has time and time again gone on to insist that Balotelli is going to be one of the best players in the world, and with him finally showing some signs of maturity, it would be very unlikely for the team to let him leave.
Nonetheless, given how just about anything is possible in football, it wouldn’t be wise to rule out a move for Balotelli altogether for the time being.
