The Bayern Munich striker has admitted that his side is still in contention of winning the Bundesliga at the end of the season.
The Bavarian giants are five points behind reigning champions Borussia Dortmund in second spot with a total of 57 points from 27 games. The former German champions have been in sensational form of late and have qualified for the
final of the German Cup after defeating Borussia Monchengladbach on penalties in the semi-final.
Gomez claimed that his side can lift the league crown at the end of the season and insisted that Bayern still have a chance of dethroning Dortmund from the top of the table. The player stressed that his team will have to win all
the remaining games including the game against Jurgen Klopp’s side at the Signal Iduna Park in April.
